THE LOFT AT CONGRESS is a 5,400 square foot facility. The 2,000 square foot pre-function room offers a cocktail area, with niches and smaller rooms that can be separated off as VIP lounges. The space comes complete with sleek perimeter furniture.
The back room consists of 3,000 square feet of versatile space. Consider it a blank canvas to customize at will. The walls are adorned with full-sized graphic murals, with an option to pull white draping over the 22 foot high walls (included in the venue fee).
It is a great space for a funky, young client which they get most of (Bar and Bat Mizvah's right now) - I met the friendly owner and I highly suggest to take a tour and check out the venue for your next event. It was oddly situated in the business district in Boca Raton off Congress and took a little navigating to get to, but definitely a unique and private location. The inside was totally unexpected and you can really do anything you want to the place to make it your own. The cocktail hour space is bright primary colors which would be hard to disguise but the larger hall can be draped to hide the brighter color palette.
